It was all smiles from the people around Bwalo La Njobvu in area 2 as Indebank opened another service centre named Bwaila Agency. The agency was officially opened on Thursday, 15th September 2011 at a ceremony presided over by the Director of Banking and Currency at the Reserve bank of Malawi, Ms. Meg Kajiyanike. Bwaila Agency is yet another milestone in the growth of Indebank as it now brings the number of service centres for the bank in Lilongwe to four. One of the objectives of Indebank is to improve and increase access to the Banking services and the agency will cater for the banking needs for business customers around area 2 and Bwalo La njobvu as well as personal customers from nearby residential areas of Likuni, Kawale, Biwi and Falls Estate. The agency has modern facilities including ATM services which will enable customers to withdraw cash anytime of the day and reduce queuing time. Customers of Bwaila agency will be able to access other Indebank facilities such as Indebank Online. The opening of Bwaila Agency brings the number of Indebank service centres across the country to 13.
