Indebank launched its internet banking service in July 2011. The service, named Indebank Online, is an additional channel for customers to transact with the bank 24 hours a day, provided they have an internet connection. The service is offered on a secure platform and it also features multiple security levels such as different log in and transactional pins, firewalls and a virtual keyboard.
Customers can use Indebank Online to view their account portfolios, transfer funds, request cheque books, set up standing instructions and much more.
The click on to Indebank Online promotion has been organised as a way to encourage our customers to register for the service as well as to reward our loyal customers. Although the service can be accessed by both business customers and personal customers, the promotion is only open to personal customers. Entry into the promotion is as easy as registering for the service at any Indebank branch or agency. All personal customers who register for Indebank Online from now until 15th October will automatically enter the promotion. Promotion draws will be conducted every fortnight for the next 6 weeks. Prizes include Laptops, MP3 players, internet dongles and other branded materials.
